Subject Area Manager - Strategy and Entrepreneurship

We’re looking for an organised team player to provide managerial support to our S&E subject area. We’ll look to you to develop and deliver a strategy to support faculty in their research and teaching. You’ll also provide leadership to a team of faculty assistants.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a team of faculty assistants
• Manage budgets, activities and events for teaching and research initiatives
• Work closely with the Subject Area Chair in the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty and PhD students
• Act as the principal point of contact between the Subject Area and other departments of the School and key external stakeholders

•     Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
•     Strong proven administration experience
•     Significant project/programme management experience
•     Excellent relationship management skills
•     Strong analytical and IT skills, especially in Excel
•     Line management experience
•     Experience working in an education environment is desirable
