Responsibilities
Develop and implement core curriculum
Design and plan class format, sequence, and schedules
Develop and manage learning activities bank
Teach classes on a regular basis
Manage learning resources and materials
Continuously reflect and evaluate classes for improvement
Run ongoing internal evaluation and review sessions
Attend to parents enquiries and feedback
Develop and train teaching teams
Conduct induction, workshops and developmental training
Manage open houses and orientation programs
Assist in program communication and marketing
Assist in venue acquisition, site inspection and preparations
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field(s) plus teaching qualification
Strong knowledge of early years educational concepts and frameworks (ie. EYFS, Reggio Emilia, etc)
Hands-on experience in early years teaching in a lead or supervisory role
Passion for early years education, children, play-based learning, and outdoor learning
Strong managerial, organizational, and critical/analytical thinking skills
Strong writing and verbal skills with a positive personality
