We are looking for candidates who can be resourceful, creative, highly resilient and able to work well as member of a successful team. You will also be able to relate well with (and understand) others, demonstrating highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and have a good sense of positive humour.
You will need to be able to work collaboratively and flexibly within the friendly caring team, build good working relationships with both children and adults plus demonstrate a respectful and caring attitude towards all our children. You will also be required to ensure the academies safeguarding and Health &safety policies are followed at all times.
Requirements
This role will include supporting our teaching staff to deliver on a daily basis a broad and balanced curriculum for our young people. Flexibility is key and may include working 1:1 with a student when required, or supporting in class working with a small group. Positive behaviour management is also an important part of the role.

Attend to parents enquiries and feedback
Develop and train teaching teams
Conduct induction, workshops and developmental training
Manage open houses and orientation programs
Assist in program communication and marketing
Assist in venue acquisition, site inspection and preparations
